I have spent a ton of time looking....is there info out there for a Shaman 2.5 Epic? or are we jumping the gun?

You have to get an Invocation of Eternity from Roley DeFarge in Demi-Plane, or you can get it in Mayong's chest if you say the right phrases: https://articles.eqresource.com/demititles.php

You then have to talk to Eric Von Schnelling in Dreadspire Keep, at the end you turn in the page to him and he gives you the 2.5, hes got like 8-10 spots he can spawn that re-pop every like 30-90 minutes for a chance at him to appear.
