The Rain of Fear Pre-Launch event (or maybe just a part of it) is now live. This definately seems only partially implemented, I'm hoping there is another phase or more to come. As of right now, the only reward is faction hits with "Crystal Circle Builders". You can find all the information we currently have Here. Huge thanks to Test.Rainbowdash who gathered all this data for us!

I have gotten 5 of the 61-75 level type shard on an alt! None of the higher level ones yet tho.
