While the quest doesn't require a certain level to obtain, the clicky "hoops" require 120 to activate.

Kill only one reborn on the last step if you have dispell:  turn reborn into a frog first so that the illusion is in the first slot, then dispell the illusion, re-cast, dispell, recast...
