Yes, I just paid for a Premium membership about 2.5 days ago and still dont have access yet.  Anyway that can get fixed?  Thanks.

My apologies, I see what happened here.  You purchased the gift subscription, probably not knowing there was a difference.  I usually catch this, but this time it slipped past me, and for that I am sorry.
