FU DBG- Open letter to Daybreak Games

I have a major problem with your automated suspension system.  This is 24 hours past the 7 day suspension which never should have even happened! Seriously, this is just like 2004 when an automated program of yours malfunctioned. Thirteen years ago, GMs couldn't even override automated suspensions.  It's probably still the same! 13 years to fix your stuff and instead you still treat paying customers like *halfling*- false accusations, smash first, don't ask questions.  I hate you so much at this point, I won't even buy Sony TVs! (Yeah yeah I know.)

A year ago, I had eight gold accounts.  In 40 days, I will have none. The last two are getting canceled!

I lead the largest guild on Povar and have seen you screw me, ex-players and current players so much my head is about to explode! Let's see how many people stop logging on because Lee isn't online.

I don't know how you can stay in business with customer service like this.
