Is this a problem you are still having?

Yes. It never happens in group events, but it is hit and miss during raids. It's not a big deal, but the other rogues are complaining about the competition .

Do you have a pet? If so, can you unlink pets on the overview and see if it is still identifying you as a Rogue?

This should be fixed in 1.5.2.14.

It continues to happen, but only on occasion. I doubt it is worth the time to fix.

I don't have a pet per se, but I have used weapons that proc pets.

I would upload a log extract but I dont see .gif, .jpeg, .png being very helpful. Here is a drop box link to the log extract.

On this particular day, the very first kill has me as a rogue.

When I load the pestilent ruiner log I see:

Deloehne - Ranger
Winnowyl - Rogue
Jobo - Magician
Azamar - Wizard
Mazame - beastlord

The other character classes aren't identified. (It's not perfect).

When I load the second log I see:

Deloehne - Ranger

It looks like this problem resolved. I get the same result you do on the logs I posted, and I went back and reran several logs from late last year and early this year that originally had me as a rogue. GP currently reports correctly. I'll keep my eye out for any change but for now this seems to have resolved.
