and therefore this quest would best be left until 105 or close to it

Decay Decreased: Time Trial (50 minutes)
These achievements not being listed with quests is common at the moment

Yea, that is something that we need to add still on old quests, I think EoK is the first expansion with them, then RoS maybe and on start linking to them
