In order to get this mission, you have to see Sky Orchid Understanding in Esianti. To get a new ring you will say new ring. You then take this ring to Blazing Sorrow Darkness in Alashia. You equipt the ring in your charm slot and hail him. You listen to his text and he will give a pop up window. You select yes to this window. Then head to Old Plane of Fire in Plane of Tranquility and hail NPC Unrepented Sunrise and follow his text to get into zone.

just to add:
1. Kill your PoSomke group task before requesting this one.
2. once zone into PoF, need to kill 6 groups of PC type mobs. then Fennin will summon you and go thru the task to get chest.

You can Right-Click it in PoTranquility as well

I'm not sure if its timed or not, but Fennin can definitely spawn and summon your group while you're killing the Invaders, it can mess you up while trying to do the Invader related achievements
