If you have a Shaman in group, have it cast Thorn Wilting on all melee including pets. this negates the massive damage shield. then just burn it down.
This prevents having to dispel over and over as the mob continues to instant cast it. Mark did not work to counter the DS, but i was using a clicky, Cleric Mark may work.
I know this is outdated but I am just getting back to Eq. I had a 110 Rog, 110 Tank merc, 102 Shaman, 102 Cleric merc.
