Run out to the water right click the bodies, no need to /search or /open just right click tons of times.The ghosts it wants you to kill guess what same ones all over wraiths with blacked out face's. The ones to get revenge on well guess what found same area 4th floor where i did hunter, and other partisan. Best of luck all.

The first two steps will auto update when invis without clicking anything, it just takes a while sometimes...

I did it invis just hover over the dead mob in question. In a few seconds, you will get the yellow text saying you got it.
