Bug: Maps for ToFS and Velk's

For the named section of ToFS and Velk's it shows a red X instead of the map.

and this leads me to ask why I paid for a membership. I didn't see any content that was for members only with ToV.

Sorry about that, not sure why Rorce hasn't gotten around to those yet, those 2 zones should be done now for data we had

Premium Members mostly get Ad Free browsing and access to EQ Beta Sections (as well as some Work in Progress stuff and various other stuff), we don't (on purpose) block content that requires Premium Membership to view when it is available on Live, if there is some that doesn't fall into those such things, please let us know!
