Underfoot Expansion Content

I am playing on TLP and was wondering if there was a way to get the old Underfoot expansion content, progression walkthroughs etc. 

Is that available with a premium subscription, or was it archived or removed from the site?

It is still on the site, just not linked anywhere, I don't know if more then 1 zone (if even that is completed) has been completed or the state of it atm
