Winged Terror comes from any wyvern up there, not just ornery ones. I am unsure if there is any difference between regular and ornery wyverns, besides the name and color. The winged terror can also be the roaming wyvern in the tower itself.

This mob instantly spawns at the top of the tower by the Skyshrine pillar which sucks you into the zone. It's advised to pull the named down into the ramp hallway and kill there, to avoid zoning into SS on accident, or being thrown from the top of the tower.

Dropfast:
Like Peon25 said, Onery have nothing to do with this guy, they are just uncommon trash. Winged Terror (the named trigger mob) can spawn from many locations both near the zone in from guild hall and near the tower. Based off the 30+ times I've got him, I would say he can not spawn from any wyvern but fairly close. Their are 4 spots I've seen winged pop, over and over again near the tower and same deal near the zone in. Winged prob has about 8-10 ph's himself.

Puller beware, Winged terror does have a fairly big DD he can cast on puller if you pulling him far.

Nothing special about Kirezelbrough, like others said just pull him down one "level" in the hallway and kill there. This will keep anyone from accidently zoning into SS and not get blown out the tower if you do get hit by his knockback AE.

The aug is stupid rare, and I mean STUPID rare. Unlike all previous expansions the dropped augs like Cameo have a straight up retarded drop rate like never seen before. 30+ kills and I have yet to get a single one to drop. GL
