I have seen 2 ph for a glaring gargoyle:
60, 125, 6
n200, 180, n15

I have seen the mob spawn once at the first location. Spawn rate is really low.

There is a third glaring gargoyle at 180, n60, n110 (tentacle terror tunnels).

Doesn't seem any lower than any other named, it's random. I got it after two kills of one PH. Sometimes it takes dozens of kills to get a named to spawn.
