second to last step (scrying pool) is incorrect. It is inside the fort, up the stairs to the top of the tower and a little pool. Loc 1175, 0, n85

Divination table is in the basement, wanted to point out as I was confused by its location.

Familiar presence spawns. But do not need to drop invis to hail or the mobs around it will add.

Bring the Reagent to the divination table in the Akhevan Outpost 0/1 (Maiden's Eye) is in the basement at loc 784.83, 536.75, -146.51

One of the easiest quests of all time.  It's solo and you can do it easily by killing 3 mobs and then running around invis.  i have to believe they originally intended this to be a group mission and needing to kill the mobs that spawn while invis.
