Step 8 "Slay Akhaven Centi" can be found to the far West of the zone. Mobs named Gel'Temariel Centi. They are Akhaven. I got confused, and wasted too much time trying to find the right centi to kill.

For every rubbing section of the quest all will be in the same room so 3 in spot 1, 2 in spot 2.... ect ect

How do you get up on the shelf for the ground span? Levitate fails as does jumping.

You should just be able to click it from the ground, try changing camera angle
