There are more than 4 there, was pulling 3 inside corners and 2 outside, also another in the middle but wasn't worth the effort of splitting the room.

I'm not sure that all of them are PH's. Placeholders in this zone don't seem to have unique names, at least for the most part.

Swordmaster's PH is definitely a sword tester. There are exactly 5 of them -- 3 inside the building on the ground floor, 2 just outside.

PH in this zone do have unique names. There are usually 5 or 6 of them per named rare.
