I also see "a goblin whip master" spawning where the placeholder is located. In addition there is a second spot in the static room where "a goblin whip master" also spawns, so conceivably there are 2 named spawn points in same room. However, at this point we have not been able to spawn him at any of his spawn points.

Confirmed: a goblin whip master and a goblin whip lord are the Placeholders for this named. :o
