as a new necro only 58 I am doing charmed pets and having fun my problem is my healer merc keeps breaking charm what spells and there numbers do I need to stop my healer breaking charm please

Are they curing it? Can charm even be cured? I think the mob has a chance per tick to drop charm though, it isn't guaranteed to last its full duration
