There are a few thing you can do to raise Flethcing % past 300.

Grandmaster Fletcher's Knife http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=12931 adds (5% total 15max)
Master Fletcher Trophy http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=54480 adds (12% total 36 Max) quest are Test found in West Freeport NPC Event Coordinator Baublie Dig. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=20284
Now I have a question...While doing research for this thread I found out there is one more step for the Master Fletcher Trophy but can not find any info on Fletcher's Arrow. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=82399
I checked with Baublie Dig and get the response that I already have the Master fletcher Trophy. Look up on Alla, EQ Traders Corner and no info. Does anyone have anything on this???

In order to get the Fletcher’s Arrow you must evolve the Master Fletcher Trophy by doing fletching combines with the trophy equipped.

Wood Elf Rangers can use Mithril Champion Arrows to max their trophy, everything you need for the sub combines are in Kelethin, just spend a day in the tree city and max out your trophy and skill.

If you not a Wood Elf .. sorry, sucks to be you lol, i did fletching on my alt cleric a few years ago, compared to the ranger it was a total nightmare lol

Heh or a karana follower in Surefall with steel guardian arrows.
