I think the rusted rotor blade can come from any flyer type. I got one from a clockwork mechanic.

Disregard previous post. Rotor blade from other flyer did not count even though it is exactly the same

stopper urn ground spawn is on ~5 minute spawn timer. plan accordingly if you're doing this for multiple people.

Buhl:
For some reason, only the flyer in the furnace room would update the rusted rotor blades for me even though the other flyers in rooms nearby dropped them.
