Violent Violet spawns in the area adjacent to the King's castle, to the left as you approach. The PH is any of the static bats. It's possible that the roamer will also spawn the named but in the four times that I have spawned her this has not yet happened. There is no safe spot in that area but with a single bat roamer it is straightforward to kill that mob and then clear the PH.
