The goblin instigator conned dark blue to 120. He was no pushover.

These mobs appear to be mission coded to ignore pet aggro.  They can't be stunned or mez'd.  When the first instigator spawned in the SW goblin camp he attacked my raid-geared 120 mage.  Looking through the log.  Here's the first two seconds of melee. The mage ended up dying after a few minutes, but at no time did either the swarm pets or main pet manage to get the aggro off the mage.  Another group showed up and suddenly there were three instigators.  Parses show an average of 40,000,000 hit points on these mobs that suddenly show up on what is basically a run around and pick things up quest.  I should have gotten a clue from running my enchanter through Runnyeye to get the Goblin Doll when I ran into a couple standing around near the zone to Xorbb's Gorge that nearly killed the enchanter before gating.
