Pher is off duty guard, actually got her to spawn off the one outside the room marked on map. Dropped a 1 hander named Spite.

The spawn location is actually in the NORTH-EAST room, not the SOUTH-WEST room as it is marked on the map. He does wild rampage, but other than that he was quite easy. The room directly across from him (NORTH-WEST) is completely empty, so it seems like a reasonable camp spot.
