I think he's got more spawn points but I haven't found them yet. I can confirm he spawns at the 2 points listed, tho.

Can confirm another spawn in single tent on north east most island.

I found %o up at the mid eastern camp spot. The fight was relatively easy with 102 cleric, tank merc, 101 wizard, wiz merc. Didn't catch the name on the ability but has small aoe DD.
