Name of Collection that covers this Achievement is The Depths of Fear.

Within this quest are the same items described here, however, there is no Paragon of Fear; from in game, the actual umbrella quests is titled Lesser Hero of Rain of Fear, but includes the same Hero of xxx tasks mentioned here.

Ahh yea, thank you, they changed the name of like half the achievements in an update during CotF, this is updated :)
