Round Cut Tool - Bought from Mercator Torquatus (as indicated by on the map)
Round cut tool is not on Live vendor. Instead, you combine the square cut tool purchased from same vendor by itself in JC table to get the round.

I completed the kills and started looting the scales, fur, bile and mud. Never got an update until I finally noticed that those items had to be looted in Overthere, not Skyfire.
