Does dok have a ph?  He's not on track and Ive been killing for a while now.

On the rallosian conquerors step they appear to share spawns with other rallosian mobs. I don't have a good list but was camping the area around Dok, the see invis red con at spot 3 on the quest.
PHs probably don't rotate but the rest around there seem to.

Took our group a long time to get these.

I don't know what causes him to spawn etc but I've seen him in a few spots near the campfires. He also doesn't show on track and sees invis so people agro/train him a lot. It's difficult to find respawn timer/PH when you can't watch every spot he spawns and doesn't show on tracking.

To get conquerors to spawn, kill the rallosian commanders and spellsingers.

Commanders and Spellslingers are definitely PH for Conquerors.  The area near the Crusher camp (SW corner) is a decent  place to get them while also killing Legionaires (PHs for Crusher).

Dok (level 129) spawns at at least 3 places and besides seeing through invis and IVU also sees through SoS.  Dok is the only see-SoS mob I've encountered in LS so far.  None of the regular rare spawn Named do.
