Holly (https://twitter.com/TheWindstalker) has Tweeted out: Starting next week, #eq2 and #everquest will get "some kind of bonus" every day until expansions launch. OMGRSH! Stay tuned for deets!
This likely refers to the 6 new Alerts found in the Test Files:
The nights grow longer, and in these dim twilight hours you have cause to reflect. You'll gain additional experience during this time. Frenzy 1 (https://eqresource.com/board/index.php?topic=123367)
The nights grow ever longer, giving foul creatures the courage to crawl from their darkest dungeons. You'll see more rare monsters during this time. Frenzy 2 (https://eqresource.com/board/index.php?topic=123376)
The nights grow longer still, and Norrath's most terrible foes grow bold. You'll see lockout reductions during this time. Frenzy 3 (https://eqresource.com/board/index.php?topic=123411)
The leaves change their color, and their multihued foliage gives you pause to reflect. You'll gain additional experience during this time. Frenzy 4 (https://eqresource.com/board/index.php?topic=123415)
The weather grows cooler, and your actions make more meaning. You'll gain additional faction during this time. Frenzy 5 (https://eqresource.com/board/index.php?topic=123475)
The leaves turn to brown and tumble from treetops, a symbol of change, decay, and transition. You'll see lockout reductions, additional faction, and more rare monsters during this time. Frenzy 6 (https://eqresource.com/board/index.php?topic=123896)
So starting around next weeks patch until Novembers Expansion launch it seems like each bonus will be flipped through either everyday or once a week so that everyday will have some kind of bonus running.
Note- TLP's might be excluded from some/all of these and Marketplace Sales might be done instead/on top of them due to it.

Not yet, only that they are supposed to start this week and they require the Patch from Today (weds 9/23) for the Alerts to go in
