This has been confirmed as of 12-28-2020 there is no stats or ac/hp/mana. Was bought off vendor for 750 Restless Marks in Western Wastes and shows as a plain 40 slot backpack. Possibly will be updated with patch? Till thenI suggest saving the marks till its patch day.

Yea, the stats in game are hidden (probably due to being a bag), but they exist on the item for whatever reason
