[GamParse] Live Overlay for Healing

It would be nice to have a Live Overlay which showed healing. Ideally one which shows the healing you have received, and perhaps one showing the healing you have done.

Just be nice for healers to see how much they are doing, and for the tanks to see the healing they are receiving.

It's impossible to do from the point of view of a healer because they don't see the actually amount they healed that tank. That information is only available to the person being healed.

I could do one for the person being healed, but I don't know if it would be all that useful really. I don't really know that tanks would care to have a live overview of who their top healers are every second.
