He didn't -seem- to do anything special for us, but the only one that was within a close range was a pet. We had the kill 5 fiend, 5 bokon, 5 fiend, and then the high bokon and for us he spawned in the library-like room that is directly after the room you spawn in if you are doing the same mission.

Drakang:
Chest sometimes pops in other parts of the zone. And doors can bug requiring you to illusion through.

Victime:
Named or PH pops after the second killing part.
