Kill Leader ranked mobs, found throughout the zone

The Restless Bone Marrows also drop much better in the center where Odobe's map shows "Kill the mobs here."

Collect 5 Restless Giant Skull(s) 0/5 (ALL)
 Loot Restless Bone Marrow from Giants in Kael

So, is it Giant Skulls, OR Bone Marrow? Seems like it should be Skulls, as that is a future step in the quest.
