Items sold On NPC Kalture Ashan?

Why are all items that are bought from NPC Kalture Ashan (Alaran Furniture), merchant in the Recreation Round Hall in neighborhoods, are not able to be sold back?

Probably an oversight if they aren't no trade, can probably drop a PM to Piestro to have it looked at
