It may be worth mentioning the required wisp & spirit, and the optional named in this instance are level 105 Hit for 45k + and have abilities on top of that

and therefore this quest would best be left until 105 or close to it

Decay Decreased: Time Trial (50 minutes)
These achievements not being listed with quests is common at the moment

Yea, that is something that we need to add still on old quests, I think EoK is the first expansion with them, then RoS maybe and on start linking to them
