I've heard there are winged avatars of health in there. Their feathers should fetch a fortune. 0/4

Both quest items dropped of the corrupted lords and death lords in area of the zone reached by clicking the throne near the zone-in. By the way, these mobs are unmezzable, and the death lords can gate if pulled too far from their spawn point.

Unicorn Horn and Health Skull both dropped from death lords.
