This seems to be a random drop from any named in the expansion. Seen 2 drop already but I can't remember what named dropped them.

Opps sorry, I meant to post this on the new box from TBM expanion - Enamelled Box
So ignore the above post. This box is from TBS Hunter achievements I'm sure. Most likely the end reward for killing all named in TBS.

This is a General achievement for The Darkened Sea.

This achievement is gained upon completing all the Hunter achievements in The Darkened Sea.

- Novice Hunter of the Darkened Sea
- Adept Hunter of the Darkened Sea
- Veteran Hunter of the Darkened Sea
