PH is a living ice construct

The left three PH spawn location(s) are actually for Kerdelb (https://tov.eqresource.com/kerdelb.php) and are "a restless ice construct". The named and their PH look the same for each, so easily confused.

So this is what i can tell you about this name. If your using Brewall maps where it says is not where it pops any ph under the steps to the right can pop as Bledrek. Done on 11.6.21, Live, Bristle.
