He spawns adds every 20%, starting at 100%. He can even spawn adds at 0%, but I saw him skip that once when he was getting blown up in a quick manner. I almost messed my pants at 0% thinking he was going to hp lock or something. He'll buff his two blue con, unmezzable adds with... something that increases their attack and resistance to spells.

Meleeic:
You can also fade off adds (with bard, haven't seen any other class do it) at 100%
