Having multiple people in your group for this part is terrible. One person at a time has to say the message, then you hail. The next person must wait for Jrint to despawn in order to do their portion.
It takes him around 1min 50:sec to despawn.


Say the password in the spy's hiding spot in the second floor of the basement 0/1 (Tower of Rot)
Head to the South West room and say 'hidden booty' this will spawn Jrint
