ʉۢKill undead around graves, you can kill graves to sometimes spawn npcs

This step is kill 10 now, adds 38 marks.

Iron:
Step 12:
•Destroy the disease piles, and deliver their spores to Brother Estle 0/30 (Ethernere Tainted West Karana)
•Kill disease piles spawned around the village, when you kill the small disease pile, it will drop Ethereal Disease Spores, turn them in to Brother Estle
