Each of the mobs spawn at the base of the stairs, in the main room. Being on the top of the stairs in the main room will ensure you do not agro anything early. The final guy with the adds will spawn with the adds up around the entrance to the hive (Ie if you leave your guys in the entrance they will agro him upon spawning).
