step 4 also has Give antivenin to dying hunters 0/4
Kill venomous swarmers (aggro-linked 10 at a time; weak mobs), loot their venom, click it to turn it into antivenin, which you turn in to dying hunter NPCs

Also Tleroth, Mistress of the Web can spawn after the 4th step
