PH is "a cliknar defender". He roams the area down by the 5 or so small caves in the east part of the map.

Iron:
Casts Blazing Venom, poison dot which needs to be cured before it triggers a 100k-ish nuke.

He dropped a shaman / necro belt - Bloody Bixie Belt for us.
