They have to be NPC type vendors, tenants, hunters or frightened bixies. Some versions of Espionage might not spawn with these types of mobs. You have to be un-invis and such too.

Post by: Bamsefar on October 26, 2013, 05:52:38 PM: Got the interrogate update on first bixie I hailed in They've Gone Too Far This Time instance, the same with my alt. Did the espionage 3 times without getting the update, so this seems like a much easier way to get the update :)
