Epic During Heritage month

Hello i was wondering if it is still possible to complete the Zerker epic 1.5 the final fight in ols seb while heritage month is going when i zoned in and went to what i assumed the correct spot is i can seem to get the guys i need to spawn if anyone knows would be greatly appreciated

I think it messes with a bunch of epics and epic retelling like stuff, unfortunately it lasts like a month too
