Anyone have any info on spawn trigger? Tried what the above says: PH: a scarlet sycophant can spawn at the locations marked on the map. Upon the death of the 'a scarlet sycophant' trigger, Feshlak will instantly spawn. However, mob did not instantly pop after kill nor even next spawn cycle. Also the sycophants spawned in other locations not just hallway.

Killed Feshlak today he cast Barrage 4 times and {Debuff Melee Slow} 1 time during fight dropped Glowing Bloodmarked, Faded Blizzard Chest and Belt.
