Popped on the second floor of ToFS in the middleish area. not sure of what the PH was as we was mass pulling

PH are the a disturbed student in the middle of the second floor.

Spawned on the second floor of Tower of Frozen Shadows. Spawned where 'a disturbed student' were located, so I am pretty sure they are the placeholders

Gio-Cefalu:
Does anyone have any tips on killing this guy? Every time I attempt him, he exhibits the same behavior where he just starts calling mobs from across the zone to assist him. It doesn't matter how many I can clear around him. He just starts calling mobs from anywhere and everywhere in the library. I might be able to tank him with one add, but I can't do it with him plus 5 adds.

What am I missing here?
