I love these types of quests that bring you back to some of the older zones with a relevant tie in. Not everything has to be kill x number of x mobs in the new zone or collect x then spawn a boss. This gives value to the old content and makes the game more interesting in general to me. Just sayin'....

Spawn is just a bit south of west of Historian.  If he's not up, go back and hail the Historian again... when multiple toons are doing it, you may well have to spawn him a separate time for each toon (I did today with some alts today anyway; don't remember what happened the first time I did it, long ago).
