This is a double placeholder. All of the above statements are right. Kill the 3 PH's (the map is missing one in one of the other round rooms but it has a lot of mobs that will all agro) "an inanimatum vicarum vitai" to spawn "an inanimatum vicarum spiritus" who when killed can spawn the namer "Vicarum Spiritus Psyche" but can also spawn back to the "an inanimatum vicarum vitai".
